Ronan joined SUSD in July 2009 bringing his expertise in listed buildings and heritage architecture as well as new build for residential developments. Key current projects include Bathurst Street, Westbourne Gardens and Festival Court in which he is particularly involved in services coordination, specialised in bespoke joinery design, specifying and scheduling internal finishes.
Prior to joining SUSD, Ronan worked with Capital City Developments as a project designer and architectural technologist, coordinating a design team responsible for the day-to-day running of numerous high specification projects at the top end of the London property market. These projects ranged from small refurbishments for private clients, to large, new-build, residential developments with a sales value of over £50m.
Ronan was also closely involved in finishes and quality control where his training as an Architectural Technologist enabled him to act as a bridge between the Interior Design and Project Management teams, essential in gaining the highest standards of finish and fit-out.
Ronan is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.
